This agency has the best properties and agents! We first fell in love with a villa that we viewed with the lovely Julyette back in March but we missed it. Then a few months later, what a coincidence, we found another amazing property, with Ric this time. It's ours since yesterday! Chose Schaich as they are nearby and have been in Els Poblets for nearly as long as we have. Went to office gave our details verbally . Received visit next day from Felix who checked details. Photographer came and made a video of house for web site. Next day Felix came with prospective buyers who loved the villa and reserved it. The rest was sorted between Felix and my lawyer and sale completed within six weeks.
