Our sunny, very private holiday home Casa Ay Caramba is located in a quiet residential area of Els Poblets close to the sea. The house has 3 bedrooms, 2 shower rooms and a living/dining room with an open-plan kitchen. The large, fully glazed terrace has a large dining table and a cosy seating area with sofa and armchair, which invites you to linger. The terrace leads onto another small terrace and directly into the outdoor area with a private swimming pool (6×4.5 m), a pergola with a retractable sun canopy, a BBQ area and a sunbathing lawn. There are various seating areas around the house. A dog is allowed on request and for an extra charge.Both the stone beach and the sandy beach are within easy walking distance (approx. 900 metres). The bus connection to Denia (8 km) is also nearby. In the village you will find bars, restaurants, supermarkets and cash machines. There are also bakeries and a small German supermarket in the neighbourhood. The nearest 18-hole golf courses (Oliva Nova and La Sella) are only 15 minutes away.
